Care instructions
For best results dry clean only recommended. Small spot clean possible with warm water, mild soap, and gentle sponging. Do not tumble dry, do not machine wash, do not handwash.
Once you complete your design, within 30 minutes, our print technicians begin working on your tie. Using eco-friendly inks and the most up to date print technology, your designs are bonded to the fibres of the satin fabric in a process called dye-sublimation. This uses high heat and pressure to ensure an even and permanent print which will not rub off or fade over time.
Care: The tie is made from a high quality smooth satin with a slight sheen, permanent print both sides. Keep flat. Dry clean only. Do not put in the washing machine. Iron safe.
Please note: During the heat press process, the fabric shrinks slightly resulting in a thin white line running along the seam lines at the back and on the edges of the fabric (See photo gallery above). We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to the way textile stretches and moves in the printing process, but this will not show on the front of the tie and will not affect the overall quality of the product.
