These personalised foldable picnic chairs are made from beech wood, responsibly sourced in the EU.

Beech is a hardwood timber, giving it a fantastic robust, durable reputation. We then use high-quality, water repellent canvas to make the sling seat and backrest. Using our simple, online design tool, you can choose your background colour from our from our full colour palette, which not only controls the colour but the shade. You can then upload your photos, designs and text to personalise three different areas of the chair. The sling seat of the folding picnic chairs are square, whereas the both sides of the backrest are rectangular, and in a landscape orientation, which gives you scope to get really creative with your designs.

How we make it

Responsible beech

We use only responsibly sourced beech wood from the EU to make your personalised picnic chair. The hardwood is hand cut and sanded down to construct the frame of your photo chair. Your design is then printed directly onto the canvas fabric before it is cut. This ensured that once finished, your personalised picnic chair is printed in glorious full colour, edge to edge. This canvas is then cut to shape and size by hand, and one of our expert seamstresses stitch your material. Everything is checked for quality before it is sent out to you, to ensure a flawless finish on your custom folding picnic chair. 

Design tips

Perfect for the park

A personalised picnic chair is customisable with three printable areas. We love the idea of using the outward facing side of the landscape backrest to personalise with your name or a funny nickname, as well as using your favourite photos to print on the sling seat and the inside of the backrest. No longer will the perils of "move your feet lose your seat" be an issue, as your picnic chair will - quite literally - have your name on it.
